When you subscribe to Top AI News Today, we collect your email address. That's it. We don't ask for your name, company, or any other personal information unless you choose to provide it.
Your email address is used solely to deliver the daily AI digest to your inbox. We do not use it for advertising, analytics profiling, or any purpose other than sending you the newsletter you signed up for.
We use Resend to deliver emails. Your email address is shared with Resend for the sole purpose of email delivery. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third parties.
Subscriber data is stored in Supabase, a hosted Postgres database. Data is stored in a secure, access-controlled environment.
This website also uses Google Analytics; see the Cookies & tracking section below for what that involves. Analytics data is aggregate and is never linked to your email address.
We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe, your record is marked inactive and will not be included in future sends. You may request complete deletion at any time.
Every issue includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. Click it and you're out immediately; no confirmation hoops.
You can also unsubscribe by emailing simon@topainews.today with "unsubscribe" in the subject line. We'll process your request within 24 hours.
This website uses Google Analytics to understand overall site traffic: pages visited, approximate region, device type, and how visitors arrive. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. We use the data for internal analytics only; we do not share it with third parties for advertising, and it is never connected to your email address or subscription.
The subscribe form itself communicates directly with our database to store your email address; no third-party tracking is involved in that step. If you prefer to block analytics entirely, browser extensions and Google's own opt-out add-on both work fine on this site.
